1. I HATE soda... The only thing I drink, other than coffee, is unsweeteded iced tea and water (sometimes orange juice, if I'm in the mood)!
(fun fact: The ONLY thing I wanted to drink during my pregnancy with Roman was Root Beer... it was so refreshing! LOL... fast forward to today, it tastes like syrup once again! Weird what pregnancy does to your brain... and taste buds!)
(This is what happens when I am a thirsty shopper)
2. I LOVE my coffee! I will drink coffee morning, noon, and night. When I have a sweet tooth, I turn to my coffee, its like dessert with caffeine! haha... lets take a peek at my crazy coffee creamer obsession...
(I know, its a problem... and yes, that "Sugar Free" was an accident. I promptly gifted that one to one my friends, cause I will never drink it! White choc Raspberry is awesome! Wish that wasn't a seasonal flavor.)
3. Vegas is my favorite! I love the food, the shows and the clubs. I love the lights and the whole ambiance of Vegas. I have yet to see a Cirque show, but I have seen Chippendale, and that show was pretty awesome. LOL
(me at Madame Tussaud's, Las Vegas)
5. Christmas is my number 1 holiday. There is just a feeling I get at Christmas time. It's the lights, the Christmas tree, the decorations, the parties, the giving (and receiving, haha) of gifts. Most of all, it is the happy excitement of the kids.
(Marissa 2012, seeing our "Elf on the Shelf" for the first time)
6. Disneyland is my Happiest Place on Earth. Something about Disneyland, it gets me every time. I admit, I even cry during the fireworks show. Bengal BBq is the bomb and my favorite rides are Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion, Indiana Jones, and Splash Mountain, It's a Small World, Nemo, Peter Pan, ... okay, okay, I love them all.
(2008)
8. I love to read, especially romantic love stories. My favorite series is "Bared to You" by Sylvia Day. If you read "Fifty Shades"and loved it, read "Bared to You", it's way better!
9. I have 0 tattoos, but I hope to have one, one day. I have always imagined I would, but no specific image has really made me want to "take the plunge".
10. Comedy flicks are my fav. I love Will Ferrell, Jim Carrey, Seth Rogen, Steve Carrell, Paul Rudd, and more. My favorite movie is probably "Wanderlust" with Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd. If you haven't seen it, see it! "The Campaign" and "Talladega Nights" and "Step Brothers" tie for second! I just love to laugh.
(so, so funny!)
11. Sees Candy, vanilla fudge. I don't have words to describe all the good in that little square of goodness!
12. As much as I love to laugh, I probably love crying more. My husband will be the first to tell you that whenever my shows or movies get to any emotional parts, I am definitely crying. He loves it, laughs his butt off at me every time. This Subaru commercial (click "commercial" for link) still makes me cry!
13. I am all about being relaxed. I hate to be rushed or have sensitive time schedules. I like to "go with the flow" and I apply that to almost everything that I do... parenting, relationships, trips, shopping, outings, and more. I get very stressed out by time schedules, for sure.
14. I have many creative hobbies... photography, scrapbooking, knitting, decorating, cooking, and more.
15. I am very interested in holistic remedies and health tips... Essential oils, aromatherapy, vitamins, "super foods", and more.
16. I love animals, all kinds... except birds, I really don't like ANY birds.
17. I love to camp, but I haven't been camping in years! I've got to convince Oscar to go camping next year, especially since I have pinned such great camping tips and tricks.
18. I am a pinnaholic... addicted to Pinterest ... If you really want to know what I am all about, check out my "boards" (click "Pinterest" above).
20. Nothing is more important to me than my family. There is no distinction between Oscar's family and my own, I love everyone all the same. Negative past or negative past interactions do not influence my ability to love my family, or his, all the same. I love being part of a big extended family and my kids are so lucky to have their grandmas and grandpas, aunts and uncles and so many more loving and supportive people in our lives.
